We offer a variety of training programs that are targeted, personalized and catered to your needs and fitness level. Whether your goal is to tone up, slim down, gain muscle or improve your sport, we work together to build a stronger and healthier you.
Personal training fees are available on Lansdowne Resort’s website and can also be found in the Health & Fitness Center. Clients who purchase an individual or family personal training package will receive one full assessment that is included with initial purchase. A free assessment is not allotted for hourly sessions. Pricing is listed below:
Personal Training Session (Hourly) - $70.00; ideal for pay as you go clients; no contract required. Recommended to schedule in advance.
Individual program (10 sessions): $600.00; this package must be used solely by primary client. If the primary client chooses to bring a guest to one of their pre-paid sessions, the guest must pay the $70.00 hourly rate.
Family Program (20 sessions): $900.00; this package allows a primary client to bring two additional dependents for each training session. Please note that a receipt will be deducted for each client participating in the training session.
Appointments & Payments:
Payments for an Individual or Family Program must be made on first scheduled personal training session at Health and Fitness Center Front Desk. In the event that prior payment is not received from the client within seven days, the payment will be charged to client’s account.
Clients must sign-in at the beginning of each training session. Sign-in sheets are located at the Health & Fitness Center front desk. In addition, clients must notify Health & Fitness Center staff that they are in fact there for personal training in order to redeem a ticket. Client must present receipt to personal trainer prior to the start of each session. Health & Wellness staff will inform client of how many sessions they have remaining.
Once sessions expire, the client will have to re-purchase the package of their choosing and start payment process over again.
If client knows they are running late or need to reschedule appointment, please contact Health & Fitness Center. The personal trainer is required to wait 15 minutes for the client’s the scheduled appointment. If the client fails to arrive on time; it is trainer’s discretion to reschedule appointment.
Expiration Date Policy:
Any sessions remaining after a six month period will lose a twenty-percent value per month. For example, if there is $300.00 (5 sessions) remaining on client’s account after 6 months, the Health and Fitness Center will claim $60.00 for that month. If the client chooses to start a new training program, the remaining sessions from first program will be applied.
