Class Offerings

Sunrise Yoga & Meditation

The Sunrise Yoga class emphasizes learning correct yoga poses and balance.The practice includes sun salutations, downward facing dog, push-ups, and planks. The Meditation class is a guided meditation hosted by our meditation expert. 

 

 

 

 

Cardio XFIT

Feel the burn. A mix of high intensity cardio workouts using free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX Suspension Trainer and more!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

With a focus on breath work and slow movements of the body, this class integrates various sequences to include balance, stength, twisting, and stretching while coordinating breath with movement.

TRX 

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. Delivers a fast, effective total-body workout. Helps build a rock-solid core and increases muscular endurance.

Barre Fusion

A quick paced, high-energy workout that incorporates ballet basics, light weight arm work and lower body movements that incorporate compound body movements. This is a full-body, low impact, yet highly effective workout!

 

 

CSI- Cardio Strength Intervals

Intervals of strength and aerobic conditioning (no choreography). Experience high energy cardio and body sculpting utilizing hand weights, body bars, and more. All level modifications are offered.

Cardio & Strength

Work intervals on the bike and then move to the floor for exercises that target every major muscle group. 

Spin 

A fast-paced, intense spin class featuring themed rides and pumping music! Get ready to get your heart rate up.

This program is designed as 4 sessions each month to help you achieve maximum results.

Our Instructors

 

Jane Nash: Jane has over 30 years of professional fitness experience that includes teaching group ex classes and personal training. Her certifications include ACSM Exercise Physiologist, NSCA Personal Trainer, ACE Personal Trainer, ACE Group Ex Instructor, and Red Cross CPR/AED.

Melissa O'Hara: Melissa is a new instructor to the resort, but has very old ties to the community. She has a strong fitness background and has been a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, group exercise leader, and has recently added a 200 hour RYT training to her resume.  

Kim Albuerne: Kim has 14 years of teaching experience with all levels of students: from the very young (3-5 year olds) to the forever young (65+) and all ages in between. She hopes that her love of yoga is evident and encouraging to all who are interested in pursuing this beautiful practice. Kim has a Masters in Science, certifications in Yoga Therapy (C-IAYT), and RYT500.

  

Ty Ngo: Ty has over 10 years of experience in the medical, health, and wellness industries. His certifications include Medical Exercise Specialist (MES), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Women Health and Fitness Specialist (WFS), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and Exercise Is Medicine® (EIM).

Ann Baird: Ann is a Swim Coach and Aquatic Fitness Instructor with Swim LoCo. Her certifications include ASCA Coaching, Red Cross First Aid/CPR Instructor, Red Cross Life Guard Instructor, and ASFA Aquatic Aerobics.

Karla Rinard: Karla enjoys helping people reach their fitness goals and feel better. She has nearly 20 years of experience teaching a variety of classes. Her certifications include A.C.E. Personal Trainer, A.C.E. Group Exercise Instructor, A.C.E Aquatic Fitness, YogaFit certified, Keiser Indoor Cycling, Tabata Bootcamp, and Barre Above.

Danielle Kearney: Danielle believes that yoga is about increasing strength, flexibility, and balance while harmonizing the body, mind and spirit through breath, postures, and meditation. She utilizes her degree in psychology, communication and business to be the best possible yoga clinician and kids yoga teacher.
