Lansdowne Resort and Spa Internship applicants must be full-time college students with a high school diploma or equivalent. They must also be a rising junior or senior in the process of completing or have recently completed a program of study in their area of interest or a related discipline.

Due to the nature of our business, applicants who wish to participate in the internship programs must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, all positions require interns to be available to work full-time hours.

If you are selected to participate in the interview process, a team member from the Human Resources department will contact you via telephone or email. Applicants typically complete a pre-screen interview prior to interviewing with specific department managers. All applicants are notified via email after the final selections have been made.
Internship Program Benefits
Each program offers a unique learning experience through in-depth knowledge and insight on the intricacies of running a resort. Interns have the opportunity to put their hospitality knowledge to practical use assisting in one of the various departments. Interns learn through immersion how their role fits into the greater vision of Lansdowne Resort and Spa.
Internship Programs (12-week minimum commitment):
Front of the House & Rooms: Interns will spend their program divided between the roles of Front Desk Agent and Guest Services. The intern will shadow Front Office managers and supervisors, attend operational meetings, weekly Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings, and learn the ins and outs of the Front Office operations.
Food and Beverage: Interns will be exposed to our indoor and outdoor outlets (Coton & Rye, Riverside Hearth, Clubhouse, Poolside Café) within the roles of Server, Bartender (21+), Food Runner, and Host/ess. The intern will shadow Food and Beverage managers and supervisors, attend operational meetings, and delve deeply into the world of Food and Beverage.
This is a PAID internship program!
