The 9-hole Greg Norman designed Sharkbite Course is perfect for junior golfers, families and all golfing enthusiasts. It is located adjacent to the back nine of the 18-hole championship Norman Course, along the Potomac River. Opened in the spring of 2006, this 9-hole layout is long enough to present a challenge to experienced golfers looking for some quick play, yet is designed to be fun for families and appealing to junior golfers as well.

Looping along the banks of the Potomac River and historic Goose Creek, the Sharkbite Course incorporates shared green complexes, bunkering and contours that match the quality and playability of the full-length Norman design.

An inviting route for golfers to walk, the short course consists of four par-3s and five par-4s (with only one hole more than 300 yards, the par-4 9th is 420 from the back tee). This course offers five sets of tees, with a par of 32 and total yardage of just over 2,300 yards from the back tees. By moving up to a juniors-only tee box the course becomes an inviting 870 yards in length.
