For breakfast, an assortment of fresh fruit, baked goods, house-made granola and yogurt parfaits, smoothies, bacon, sausage and more are just a few of the options. You can also request made-to-order eggs, omelets, waffles and pancakes from our chefs in the Exhibition Kitchen.

At lunch, choose from a selection of fresh vegetables, house-made dressings and homemade soups at our Soupd and Salad Station. A variety of hot entrees is available every day, including a hearty vegetarian option. Our chefs grill burgers, paninis and specialty sandwiches fresh, just the way you like them.

For dinner, start with a selection of appetizers — smoked salmon, specialty cheeses and imported charcuterie. Choose from the enticing array of hot entree selections available each evening, including many international cuisines.
