Benchmark Conference Plan
This meeting package is carefully assembled to satisfy conference group requirements at Lansdowne Resort, as well as the individual needs of each conference attendee. Rates vary by season, and value seasons are December to February and July to August.
The Benchmark Conference Plan includes:
- Guest accommodations in a deluxe room
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner each day starting with dinner on night of arrival and ending with lunch on day of departure
- Meeting rooms with ergonomic chairs
- Personal Conference Planning Manager
- Conference Concierge services (some services available at additional fees)
- Continuous coffee break and refreshment service throughout the day
- Audiovisual services including VCR and monitor, overhead projectors and flip charts
- Full use of the Lansdowne Resort Health Club
- Gratuities on components of the meeting package

Day Meeting Package
The Lansdowne Day Meeting Package includes:
- Conference room set to specification with ergonomically designed chairs, pads, pencils, ice water and candies
- Lunch in our Riverside Hearth Restaurant
- Two complete coffee breaks, each refreshed throughout the day
- Audiovisual equipment including an overhead projector, screen, 35mm slide projector, flipchart, VCR and 26" monitor
- Full use of the Lansdowne Resort Health Club
- Inclusive of all gratuities and service charges
- Conference Manager to assist in all aspects of meeting planning and program operation

The Lansdowne Night Meeting Package includes:
